WE'D RATHER PAY CYCLISTS AND CLUBS THAN BILLIONAIRES
Flo is small and independent. And that means we can chose to be different. We want to support cycling as much as possible.
I’m Jamie, the founder of Flo. I started Flo because I wanted to share something that changed my own riding and then the cyclists I have helped 1 to 1 over the past few years: mental training that actually works, crafted specifically for cyclists.
My view is that billionaires have enough money, yet cycling clubs and teams dont. We have decided that instead of pumping ad spent into powerful social media companies, I’d rather grow Flo through real riders, coaches, and clubs.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Our mission is to support cycling and the benefits it brings to people, as much as possible. Through sharing revenue from our growth we want to help clubs, charities or organisations that help people access cycling. Whether that goes tohelp with costs of putting on races or funding event entries our equipment...or to just help people who believe in what we are doing.
We could spend our budget feeding tech platforms and chasing algorithms.
WE'D RATHER PAY CLUBS AND CYCLISTS

We’ve created an revenue sharing programme for cyclists and clubs who believe in what we’re building
Whether you’re part of a team, a coach, a cycling content creator, or just someone who wants to help more riders train their minds—this is a way to support Flo’s growth and earn something back.
Here’s the deal:
- You sign up and share your Flo link with your community or networks (via link, email, socials, club site, etc.)
- Anyone who signs up using your link gets a 7-day free trial
- You share revenue of every new member—recurring for as long as they stay
You can use it to support your own cycling, a chosen charity or send the funds straight into your club’s race kit fund, training camp budget, or junior development team.
